This race was a combined third round the Swedish Cup, as well as the Norwegian National Championship and was held in Oslo by Oslo Modellbilklubb. There was four classes. 1:8th Track, 1:10th 200mm Nitro Touring, and both Modified and Stock classes in electric.
The weather was very uncertain, but in the end everything was run in dry weather conditions, even though there were some rainfall during Saturday night.

The track was medium size, with a great flow, and combined with good traction it results in quite high speed all around. This generates very short lap times and very tight distance between cars in the finals.

Qualification:
After 4 rounds of qualifying in the Nitro classes Lars Haugen managed to get the TQ spot in 1:8th Track, followed by Bengt Andersson in 2nd and Christofer Hedlund in 3rd. The qualification rounds lasted for 5 minutes and plenty of drivers had problems getting to the finish without a fuel stop.
